Current works are running schools, clubs, community cricket, competitions, mentoring coaches and  inclusion  programs across London. Running holiday camps in varies locations in London, run 3 residential training programs with about 200 kids from across London. Running cricket programs in 4 hospital schools in London. Managing selected chance to shine and street chance programs. Managing about 25 coaches in varies program. Actively running 3 clubs.

ECB tutor & assessor since 2009.

National Coach of Bangladesh Cricket Board 2001 till November 2006.
National Coach of Malaysia December 2006 till April 2008.
Involved in 2 ICC Under 19 cricket World Cup 2004 for Bangladesh and 2008 for Malaysia.
Job shared with Middlesex cricket board as east London development manager 2013-14.
Cricket delivery partner with Essex Cricket Board to date.
